Senior Science & Technology Policy Adviser at the Ministry of Education and Research, Norway, and Unesco Open Science Steering Committee
Hanne Monclair works with emerging technologies and with Open Science and the value of data at the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research. She leads the secretariat for a top-level inter-ministerial body for mobilizing expertise in crises. Monclair is Norway’s delegate to the programme committee for research infrastructure in Horizon Europe, and she is also member of the Steering Committee for the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science. Monclair has a PhD and a post doc in history from the University of Oslo.
